All of the energies of the Divine are moving me in my life.

As I connect with the beauty and the purity of the Divine, I open myself to all that this brings. I open myself to seeing – and experiencing – beauty in all areas of my life. I open myself to being enveloped by this pure Love and Light as it fills me and extends out beyond my being.

I know that in doing this, I am allowing myself to receive all of the goodness, the light, the love, the peace and the abundance that are mine. I know that I am allowing myself to say “Yes!” to the Divine energy that flows in each and every one of us. And I know that I am choosing Life and Light deep within my being.

Today, I experience the power and the magnificence of the Divine in each area of my life. I know that I am touched, I am moved, I am transported, I am lifted, I am protected, I am guided and I am held by this incredible grace.

And… I am profoundly grateful.

I flow with the energy of the Divine.

Today, I connect with, and I allow, the sacred energy of the Divine to flow through me. I know that this energy brings life to all things: my relationships, my health, my finances, my home and my work.

I know that as I allow this energy to flow through me, it brings new life, new awareness, new possibilities and new opportunities to me. And I know that I am blessed through allowing this flow.

Today, I flow with – and not against – the energy of the Divine. Today, I allow. Today, I AM.

And it is so.

My body is a sacred vessel of the Divine.

I am clear that my body is a sacred vessel of the Divine. I know that this is because I allow the Divine to move through me in this lifetime. And the clearer my body is, the clearer I am. And the clearer I am, the more I am able to hold the Divine energy in my being.

Today, I choose to care for my body’s sacred beingness. Today, I hold it to be the sacred vessel that it is. Today, I give it all of the love, all of the nourishment, all of the rest, all of the fluids, all of the exercise, and all of the joy it wants.

Today, I listen to my body. Today, I trust my body. Today, I honor my body.

How Are Your Angels Protecting You?

“I don’t feel safe,” Jenny said. “I’m worried about not only myself, but my family, too.” After the recent gas explosion in San Bruno, California, Jenny’s sister called her to share that their aunt and uncle’s home had been part of those destroyed by the fire. Tears ran down her cheeks as we began tapping on the trauma.

She felt vulnerable. We tapped on the situation and the feelings of vulnerability for some time, and nothing I said made any difference.

Then she began to share another trauma where she felt very vulnerable. On 9/10/01, she was in New York. She and her friend had visited the Twin Towers, and it was raining. The visibility was awful. They decided to return the next morning, 9/11.

Somehow they overslept. As they were leaving their hotel to head over to the Twin Towers, they heard about the airplanes flying into the Towers. This was the reason for an even deeper sense of vulnerability.

And then another, even larger, trauma surfaced. One that happened 15 years ago. One that she hadn’t thought about in quite some time. And this was the one that initiated her strong feelings of vulnerability.

As we continued to talk (and tap) through her memories, Jenny began to feel more and more like she could relax and begin to trust again. The tapping began to soften the intense feelings of vulnerability.

She began to realize that she had been protected during each situation she relayed. In every one of these shocking events in her life, she realized that she – and her loved ones – had been protected.

I shared with her that I, too, used to feel very vulnerable in my home. Growing up, I never felt completely safe. I would jump from my bed to a throw rug in my bedroom because I sometimes imagined the wood floors were water filled with alligators ready to get me, and I would run as fast as I could up the steps from our basement because I imagined lions were chasing me. And I frequently wondered whether people outside were watching me through the windows of our home.

In 2001, before 9/11, I trained with Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., as an Angel Therapy Practitioner. What I learned with Doreen was that we can ask the angels to protect us. We can ask them to stand guard at our doors and windows. We can ask them to ride on the bumpers of our cars and protect us as we drive. We can ask them to fly along with an airplane and guide the pilots’ hands, and protect the airplane.

When I learned this, I began to feel safe in my skin. I also began to realize how many times I had been protected. And as I noticed close calls being nothing more than that, I began to thank the angels for guiding and protecting me.

Jenny decided right then and there to begin to use this tool to help her feel safer.

This act of asking the angels for guidance and protection is good not only for yourself, but you can also ask for the protection of your loved ones. You can ask them to protect your business, your bank accounts, your computers, and your clients. Asking for, and allowing them, to offer their love and light of protection is a beautiful thing.

The one thing Doreen emphasized over and over was this: you must ask for help from them. You cannot expect them to do these things all of the time without your participation.

So, today, ask your angels for help. Ask them to help guide you. Ask them to protect you. Ask them to protect your loved ones. And watch what happens. Notice how you feel. Notice if you feel calmer and more provided for. Notice if you have more clarity of thought.

I am certain you will.

I stand strong in the presence of the Divine.

Today, I stand strong in the presence of the Divine. I know that the beauty, the purity and the magnificence of the Divine is reflected in my own being, in my own body, and in my own life.

I know that I am powerful in this Presence for I am an expression of the Divine’s own beauty, purity and magnificence in this world. I know that I am filled with wonder, for I am the expression of the Divine’s own wonder in this world. And I know that I am alive for I am the expression of the Divine’s own passion in this world.

Today, I stand strong in the presence of the Divine. Today, I am filled with joy and humility as I stand in the presence of the Divine. And today, I am filled with the richness of the Divine.

And it is wonderful!

I easily decipher the information I receive from the Divine.

Sometimes, I believe I am challenged in receiving information from the Divine. Sometimes, I believe I am afraid to truly hear the voice of the Divine whispering in my ear. And sometimes, I doubt my abilities to understand clearly.

However, today, I choose to know that I can easily receive information from the Divine. I choose to know that I can easily understand the information I receive. And I choose to know that I am able to fully open myself to allow it deep into my being.

Today, I open myself to the wisdom of the Divine. Today, I allow this wisdom to touch me deeply. And today, I say “Yes!” to the Divine.

I am guided. I am open. I allow. And… I say “Yes!”

Today, I choose to be open. Today, I choose to receive. Today, I choose to hear.

And it is so.

I feel the grace of the Divine touching my life.

Today, I open myself up to experience the grace of the Divine in my life. I am clear that the more I allow the beauty and the favor of the Divine into my heart, the more grace I experience in my life.

I know that it is by my own choice, and my allowing, that creates my life to be filled – or not – with grace. This grace exists regardless of whether I allow it into my life.

Today, I allow this grace to fill my life. Today, I allow this beauty to fill my life. Today, I allow the favor of the Divine to fill my life.

My life is touched by grace, by beauty and by favor. And this is so.

I am grateful for the wisdom that is deep within my being.

I am grateful for the wisdom that is deep within my being. I know that it is available to me at any time I desire. And I know that all I need do to access it is to get quiet and ask.

Therefore, today, anytime I find myself uncertain of my next right action, I get quiet. I ask. And I listen.

And I receive the answers I need.

I celebrate this ability to be clear, to receive the wisdom I need at the time I need it. I know that it is because I choose – over and over – to get quiet, that I have this ability.

Today, I am deeply grateful for the wisdom that is within me. Thank You, God!
