I give honor and respect to everyone I meet. Today, as I move through my day, I offer honor and respect to each living being I meet. I offer honor and respect to my family, to my friends, to my colleagues, and to the strangers I meet, and in so doing, [...] I am the spark that ignites understanding! When I am rested and restored in my body, in my mind and in my spirit, I notice that I have more space in my being for the sparks of creativity, for the sparks of love and for the sparks of clarity that [...] I live my life in awe. As I look around at my life, I see the wonder that it is. I hear the whispers of the Divine spoken through the words and music that I hear. I feel the love of the Divine through the touch of those whom I love. I know the [...] I choose happiness! I am aware that my level of happiness is my choice. And as such, I choose to see happiness in everything around me! Today, I choose to notice with wonder the beauty of the world in which I live. I choose to notice with delightful openness the love given to [...] I am filled with the deliciousness of well-being. Today, I allow myself to feel the wonder of comfort, security and happiness. I know that my welfare is being cared for and provided by the Divine. I know that my joy and my delight are a part of my well-being. I [...] I am touched by the Light of the Divine. Today, I open myself up to feel the Light of the Divine shining into my life. I know that I am loved, protected and guided by this Light. I know that it is the same Light that I see in others, and the [...] I feel the devotion of the Divine in my life. Today, I see the areas of my life in which I am touched by the devotion of the Divine. I see it in the eyes of my pets. I hear it in the songs of the birds as they call to one [...] |
