I am filled with Joy!
Today, as I move through my day, I am aware of all the opportunities I have to experience – and express – joy. I see the beauty that surrounds me, and I allow it to fill me with delight. I hear the songs of the birds, the laughter of friends and loved ones and the whispers of the Divine and I am filled with pleasure. I experience the wonder of life itself, and I am filled with happiness.
Today, I feel happiness bubble up inside me. I allow this feeling to spread to everyone I meet. I experience life as the beautiful wonder that it is.
Today, I allow joy to express itself in my life, as my life. Today, I am filled with joy. Today, I AM Joy!
And it is so.
