I am surrounded by love.
Today, I pay attention to the many ways in which love shows up in my life. Today, I see how much love I actually have in my life. And today, I choose to experience all of these ways.
I experience love when I see it in the eyes of someone who loves me. I know I am loved when I connect with my friends and loved ones. And I feel love filling me when I play with my pets and with my children.
Today, I am aware of how much love I have in my life. I am grateful for the many ways in which it expresses itself to me. And I am content in knowing that not only do I love, but that I am loved.
Today, I am surrounded by love. Today, I am loved. Today, I AM Love!
